Welcome

 Yoga for life transitions—supporting strength, steadiness, and resilience. 

My classes support students in building strength, awareness, and nervous system regulation through thoughtful movement, breath, and rest.  While the students I work with span many life stages and experiences, my offering is unified by a focus on supporting people through transition—with steadiness, care, and respect for individual needs.


Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
Supportive, strength-building classes that honor the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and early parenthood.


Vinyasa Flow
Thoughtful, alignment-aware flow classes that emphasize presence, adaptability, and sustainable movement.


Restorative Yoga
Slow, fully supported classes designed to promote deep rest, nervous system regulation, and recovery from stress and fatigue.


Veterans Yoga
Trauma-informed, choice-based yoga offered in partnership with Veterans Yoga Project, supporting regulation, agency, and resilience.


Private & Workplace Yoga
Customized sessions for individuals or organizations seeking mindful movement and stress support.
